Eos Change Theory
For decades, American culture has judged emotions as toxic to decision making. Being emotionless was considered to be the correct way to come to the appropriate decision. The newly conducted research has uncovered that reason and facts are not sufficient to change behavior.
At Eos, we want to impact those we train so that they change the way they drive. Providing solid information that will keep a driver's attention to the lessons in our S.A.F.E. Driver program will decrease the likelihood of a crash. Emotionally connecting to the stories shared in our training will change a driver's behavior. Making each story a unique lesson will continue to benefit each driver in the future.
What will change the way you drive?
