Eos Champions Training
- 3 Day intensive Train-The-Trainer Course plus optional 4th Day of In-Cab Instruction.

- This program will authorize you to teach the Eos SAFE Driver program internally.

- Classroom management training will improve your ability to teach any course you should choose to teach in the future.
Day 1
Attendees need to experience the classroom training themselves in full. By the end of the day, they will see 1st hand how we set ourselves apart from the competition. They will be passionately engaged and prepared to change their own driving behavior.
Day 2
Co-taught by an Eos SAFE Driver Expert Driving Instructor and Classroom Teaching Expert, Tamara Lebak. She is the VP of Organizational Culture at Eos SAFE Driver. While modeling classroom management skills and dissecting what makes Eos SAFE Driver so successful, she will educate, entertain, and empower them to do the same for you organization. This training alone is more than worth the commitment as it will raise your training skills significantly regardless of the topic you're teaching.
Day 3
Attendees will conduct a portion of the training and will receive detailed, constructive criticism and coaching from both instructors and their peers to step up their game and raise their confidence even further.
Day 4
If your organization chooses to participate on this day, it will be a half day of in-cab coaching on how best to conduct our Driver Assessments and give pointed feedback to drivers in the cab.
